Dan Foster – Fiddle

Dan Foster originates from Yorkshire and specialises in Irish, Scottish folk and traditional music.  Shortly after immigrating to New England, he made an appearance at Carnegie Hall in June 2018 with Irish Dancer Niall O’Leary inside the Weill Recital Room.  Dan has toured with Caravan of Thieves and he also recorded and toured nationally with Daymark.

Dan currently works with multiple bands including Derek Warfield and the Young Wolfe Tones as well as Irish favourites The Narrowbacks.  He also maintains a busy schedule playing solo for cultural and private events, as well as teaching privately at his base in Western Massachusetts.
